Santa Greetings makes kind, happy Christmas videos for children. These rules keep it that way. They apply to everything you type or upload.

What the service does

Every family gets the same animated film with the same cast. You add your child's name, a few short notes, and one photo, which appears as a picture on a page of Santa's book. We don't offer face swaps, face changes, lip-syncing of real people, or generating images or videos from your own prompts.

You may only

• order for children you are the parent or legal guardian of, or have their parent's permission for;
• upload photos you have the right to use;
• write things you would be happy for your child to hear.

Not allowed

• Anything sexual, violent, hateful, or frightening
• Bullying, mocking, shaming, or threatening a child or anyone else
• Photos of anyone other than the child the page is for, or photos of adults
• Content that impersonates a real person or misleads people about who is speaking
• Advertising, political messages, or anything illegal

What we do

We may review orders before they are delivered. If an order breaks these rules, we cancel it and refund it, and we may refuse future orders. To report misuse, email hello@santagreet.com.
